Social Security Disability

Product Liability
White, Getgey & Meyer has handled many cases involving defective products.  Injuries and death can occur while using a defective product.  The manufacturer of a product has a duty to design and manufacture a safe product.  When a product is defectively designed or produced, a manufacturer can be held responsible if you are injured as a result of the defect.   Similarly, a manufacturer has a duty to adequately label a product with warnings.  If a manufacturer's failure to warn causes injury, then you are entitled to compensation from the manufacturer.  If you are injured by machinery at work, you may have a product liability case, in addition to a workers' compensation claim.
