Ron Meyer has been a trial lawyer since 1969. His legal practice is devoted
to individuals who have suffered injuries and damages as a result of medical
negligence, automobile collisions, and other occurrences, such as premises
liability, products liability and dog bite attacks.

Ron has litigated numerous birth trauma/brain injury cases and wrongful death

Experience

Since 1979, Glenda Hertzman has been a trial lawyer, practicing in the areas
of workers' compensation, Social Security disability and other civil litigation.
She is certified as a specialist in workers' compensation by the Ohio State
Bar Association. In the past, Glenda has represented large employers, but
since approximately 1983, she has limited her practice to representing injured
people. Glenda now occasionally represents small employers in workers'
compensation matters. She has tried cases in many counties in Southwest
Ohio. Glenda has also handled cases in the First District Court of Appeals,
the Second District Court of Appeals, the Tenth District Court of Appeals, and
the Ohio Supreme Court.

Glenda is the past Chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Unauthorized Practice
of Law Committee. As such, she was required to present cases before the Board
of Commissioners on the Unauthorized Practice of Law. Glenda has been a frequent
lecturer regarding both the unauthorized practice of law as well as ethics and the
workers' compensation system in Ohio. She has been recognized as a Ohio Super

Since joining WGM in 2002, Joe has developed a diverse practice that includes
general civil litigation, personal injury and insurance defense, commercial litigation,
family law, civil rights, and professional negligence.  As the managing partner
of WGM’s Loveland office, Joe’s practice extends throughout Ohio and Northern
Kentucky.  With clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to Fortune
50 companies, Joe has handled many different types of cases including multiple
class action lawsuits, wrongful death claims, and complex commercial litigation.

Joe is a lifelong Cincinnati resident.  After graduating from Moeller High School,
he attended Butler University where he obtained his undergraduate degree in
Business Administration. Joe received his law degree from the University of Dayton
School of Law.  In 1998, Joe was appointed Hamilton County Assistant Prosecuting
Attorney.  In the Civil Division of the Prosecutor’s Office, Joe represented the County,
its elected officials and County employees in all types of litigation.  During that time,
Joe also established a private practice and began handling cases in the area of 
insurance defense, personal injury and general civil litigation.  In 2002, Joe decided
to enter private practice on a full-time basis by joining White, Getgey & Meyer.  He
became an equity partner in January 2007 and is responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the firm’s Loveland office.

Joe and his wife, Shannon, have four children.  They are members of St. Columban
Church in Loveland and are active in their community.

Anthony originally joined WGM in January 2008 as a law clerk.  Since his admission to the bar, Anthony has actively participated in many facets of the litigation process, even earning trial experience.  Prior to joining WGM, Anthony clerked for Judge John Kessler and Judge Mary Wiseman in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. 

Anthony is a lifelong Cincinnati resident.  After graduating from Indian Hill High School, he was accepted into Miami University’s Honors Program and obtained two undergraduate degrees in Business Administration.  He attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where he both competed on and coached the Moot Court Team.
