OUR HISTORY

WGM was founded in 1962, devoted primarily to representing plaintiffs injured in accidents or from medical malpractice. We continue to be
one of the region's leaders in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation, but our practice has diversified.

A significant part of WGM's practice is now devoted to commercial
litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. We represent clients in
trials, arbitrations, or administrative proceedings in all manner of
business and civil disputes, including breach of contract, insurance coverage, unfair competition, wrongful discharge, securities cases
and aviation.
